We have 45 high quality, secure, private, self-contained 1 & 2 bedroom apartments for retired people at an affordable rent.

Our apartments allow independent living in a secure environment while availing of all Day Centre facilities.

• All apartments are equipped with fire alarm systems which are regularly checked and inspected by the local Fire Authorities to ensure compliance with current regulations.
• All apartments and facilities are accessible by lift.
• Apartment residents may lunch in our dining room or have meals delivered direct to their apartments.
• Laundry and drying facilities are available to all residents.
• Residents are welcome in our Day Centre, an ideal location for meeting friends and socialising in a friendly atmosphere.

Weekly Rent

Apartment rents range from €41.00 to €73.00 per week dependant on size. A Rent Allowance Supplement (RAS) available, at the discretion of Waterford City and County Council, may reduce the rent payable in individual circumstances.
